What is your favorite character from any of the Kabuki volumes?

Very curious to see what characters different readers react to or relate to most. Or which ones they are just more interested in or find mose fascinating.

the two most fleshed out:

Kabuki
Scarab

a close third would be Akemi....just because of the mystery.

I like Scarab. Mainly because I went from thinking she was "A bad guy", to be completely sympathetic. It made her really interesting. (And she looks cool)

Kabuki. She's the easy answer, I know, but really she's the most interesting character as well. She is the onion which we peel off the layers to find yet more layers.

Ukiko...really relate to her stay at Control Corp.

Angel...like the non-verbal thing.

Ditto the quieter Siamese.

My favorite is Kabuki, because I am more acquainted with her. I love Scarab because I got to know her more in her own books, and getting to know Tigerlily through Scarab's story was cool too. I'm waiting for the other agents to get their own stories to determine a favorite among them, of course.

Great question. Tough question. There's so many great characters in the series. Some of my favorites are:

Kai: Such a great bad guy. So evil and diabolical. I remember when I first read circle of blood and I couldn't wait for the showdown between Kabuki and Kai. I was actually feeling somewhat scared for Kabuki going into Kai's lair to face him. Their final battle was such a cool issue.

Dove: Very mysterious character that we know so little about. I really hope he makes an appearance in Alchemy. There's got to be more to his story.

Snapdragon: Another character that we don't know a whole lot about. She seems like a total bad ass and for a girl to go around kicking ass in a costume like that she must have one hell of a backstory and a lot of electrical tape.

Siamese: Very intriguing pair. I like they're interaction with each other. Really looking forward to their agent series.

And obviously Kabuki and Scarab. The only character I really don't care for is Butoh and I'm not even sure why. It's probably because she seems to me to be the least developed character.

Hi David & Mack fans,

My fave character is Ukiko probably because she is the most developed but also because I feel for her due to all of her struggles and conflicts that she's had to endure.

My next fave is Akemi because she so wise and I love the mystery surrounding her character.

Though of course I love Kabuki, I'd have to say that Akemi is my favorite. Not only for the air of mystery that surrounds her, but for what she does. She gives aid in time of need, and helps others to grow and evolve. But we don't know if she's doing it because she's truly a good person, or if there are ulterior motives involved. Is she a guardian angel, or is she a devil in disguise? Or is she perhaps both?

Kinda how I feel about myself sometimes.
