    When the story is about to be wrapped up but the writer couldn't be bothered to tie up all the loose ends so he gets a character to say "But there's just one thing I don't understand..." and whatever plot hole is patched up in response.

    Another sign of lazy writing, a character whipping around during an argument and saying "But don't you see?! exposition, exposition..."

    Yeah, but so does white cowboy Texas guy. And wasn't there only like one supporting character standing at the end of that?

    I'm not talking about the white boys. I was talking about the only three (Betty, Mike Epps' character, and Carlos) non-white good-guys.
