I like Kirkman, but his run on Ult.X just plain sucked he brought in a bunch of clutter that put the Ult.X-men back in a continuity quagmire that the Ultimates books were trying to avoid.
I think they need to cancel Ultimate X-Men.
Seriously. The book has no identity whatsoever, and hasn't since Vaughn left, and even then, it was a thin premise. Millar's first two arcs set what the book was supposed to be, then even he gave up on the premise and just made it a typical teen action book. Now it's just kind of like Ultimates lite with no real threat or sense of purpose.
Cancel the series.
