digital art / setup color question

So, I've been mucking about with my tablet again-- here's the latest issue that I've run into...so, I put this together a few night ago (did it on my laptop):




Now- the problem is: The reds and flesh tones look "correct" on my screen (at least they look how I want them to)-- but on other monitors (say, the screen at my work-- which is a CRT) it doesn't...so, there's a chance right now even you are looking at this incorrectly--

How do I control my color setting so that they'll look correct on most monitors? Is there the equivalent of TV color bars to set up my monitor?
