How is the new Foo Fighters disc?

Just curious, I heard they were trying a different style with this album. How is it?

underwhelming.
i only ended up downloading 1/3 of it off of iTunes. Don't think I missed anything with the songs I didn't get.

Very good. I've seen mixed reviews of it but I love it.

And I haven't liked their last 3 albums much. They were all okay, but not great for me. But this one kind of feels like what they've been trying to do since Colour but failed at (at least for me).

very well done, they were able to do whatever they wanted on this album and with that freedom came some incredible songs. pick it up.

Great album. It's really different to what they've done before. It's like both sides of In Your Honour had a baby.

It's a whole different atmosphere for them.

Highlights (for me): Let It Die, Long Road to Ruin, Statues, Stranger Things Have Happened, Cheer Up Boys (Your Makeup is Running).

Best of You is one of my favorite Foo songs, but I'll be damned if I didnt find the rest of In Your Honor to be pretty average.

I loved the acoustic side more than the rock side, I think.

One by One is their weakest album by far, in my opinion.

Yeah, One by One was pretty weak. I did like "Times Like These" off that disc though.
