Flash - cant stand the art and the kids are getting on my nerves already

Wedding Special - Maybe there was something put in Canerys lip stick and when she kissed Ollie he turned crazy. He wont be dead but he could be with everybody else that DC has killed off.

Countdown - People seem to think this is 52 its not it is a different story altogether it isnt bad it is moving slow at some points and I hate Jimmy but the story itself is ok. First book I read each week.

Cap - Still great I cant believe this book is so good without the main character being in it.

Cap Ominbus - Ordered online even though I have all the issues had to have this.

WWH - Didnt like this issue much. The fight with Strange ended weird.

Yeah, I dropped it. The kids and the art are completely inappropriate for the title. I'll just reread older Flash stories.

    Spoiler:

And jesus, from the other preview images, this looks to be the dumbest comic 'stunt' in ages. The dialogue on the 'reactions' page is especially bad. Who wrote this crap??... oh, wait, it's Judd Winick? Okay, that makes sense then.
Wow, that is pretty stupid... If you were impersonating Green Arrow and just got married to Black Canary wouldn't you consummate the marriage FIRST, then try to kill her afterwards. Where's your head at Judd, it's Sex before Murder.

Thanks man, it was a lot of fun!

I'll second that praise... You and McDuffie are knocking those back-ups out of the ballpark. That WWII pin-up kicked-ass too. Had a nice Mignola feel to it.

    OK, so this week:

World War Hulk #4: This was pretty well a hulk smash story. Decent fight scenes, if a little short on story. Still I do like this run. 8/10

Captain America #30: This was a great issue. It was kind of cool to finally see the letter the Steve wrote to Tony as well. Good art and Bru continues to tell a hell of a story. 8/10

Quasar #3: Eh, it was good but really not great. Between StarLord and Nova, this is not my favorite part of the Annihilation series. Still the art is beautiful, and I am looking forward to the next issue. 7/10

Ant-Man #12: A good end to a great series. I am glad to see O'Grady going on to the Initiative. Some decent humor but rather subdued on the whole. I will miss this as a solo title. 9/10

JLA / Hitman #1: PICK OF THE WEEK. More on the review thread, but this was a hell of a story. I loved the art and the humor. It makes me really missy Tommy. 9.5/10

Shadowpact #17: I. Uhm. I have no idea what was going on in this issue. Kind of hurts being the only DC title I read, but still a good story overall. This is odd to say, but the art was actually too good. I am used to the more animation style of art that SP had been running with, and this was too detailed. It just did not feel like a Shadowpact issue to me. 6/10

Loners #5: A week late on this one for some reason. No offense to CB, but given the compatition, this was a bad week to read this issue. It seemed very anti-climactic, and just did not have that wow factor. On the whole it was a good continuation, and I am kind of sad that next issue is the last. But still, it was very average. 7/10

    Nova!

DYNAMO 5 #7 - Really fun read with nice art, if your not reading this you are missing out on a good book.

Jungle Girl #1 - Best guilty pleasure I have bought in a while. Beautiful art and a decent read.

World War Hulk #4: This is amazing. I mean, this is a BIG EPIC story. And it comes out on time!!! Every issue has had more than a few "OH MY FUCKING GOD!" moments, and this one was no exception.

    'Banner is me.' BRILLIANT.

Captain America #30: OH MY! What a reveal. Amazing. And it looks like Tony caught on to what is going on-- a little too late. The creative team on this book is just knocking my socks off each month. My Omnibus can't get here quick enough from DCBS so I can relive the past stories and marvel at the buildup to where we are today.
