When I Paint My Masterpiece is fabulous. I love the Band's performance of it, which almost seems more respectful of the song that Dylan's own performance of it in Renaldo and Clara (Dylan wears a mask and Bob Neuwirth jumps around like a monkey, which kind of ruins it).

Ditto on Chest Fever, The Weight, The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down and several others.
