Wizard World Chicago 2008 : What Comes Next?

The Joe Quesada panel at Wizard World Chicago ended with this mysterious image/cover :

Then a slide was shown to tease for 2008, something Quesada said was not being "released to the internet." The slide showed Spider-Woman hanging upside-down and kissing Iron Man with the title: “What comes next?”. Make of that what you will.

Looks like a lot Gabriele's artwork to me! What do you think?
