July 10 - Teen Breaks Into Home To View Internet Porn
CAPE CORAL, FL (NBC) -- A Florida teen has been charged with a felony after getting caught watching pornographic material. But it's not what he was watching that got him into trouble...it was where he was watching it.
Leah Leon says her 15-year-old neighbor, Jeremiah Issac, broke into her southeast Cape Coral home so he could look at pornography on her computer.
"He was sitting here and the chair was more like this and he had just went to touch the screen and his hand was on his head and I scared him because I screamed," said Leon.
Leon said she didn't think it was the first time he had been there.
"The first time it happened there was disgusting porn, things I've never even heard of, seen or anything," said Leon.
Just a few months ago, Leon says Issac broke into her home and stole a Playstation 2 and some video games.
She also said she's come home on two other occasions to find her computer on with multiple windows of pornography open.
"I finally caught him. I finally caught him in my house. I was so excited because I could prove it. I couldn't prove it before but I had a feeling. And he did and he admitted to every single thing he did," said Leon.
Issac confessed to police that he entered Leon's home to look at pornography on her computer four times, the first time being about three months ago.
That's when he stole the Playstation, which has since been returned to Leon.
Cape police arrested Issac on two counts of burglary and one count of grand theft.
Officers took him to the Cape Coral Juvenile Detention Center, but he is now back home.
