    Subject: Leo's BBQ

    Hey C.B.
Michelle and I were off work today and so we went to Leo's and checked it out! I am attaching some photos I took with my phone (sorry about the quality, it was pretty dark in there.)

First, it was very crowded. I couldn't find a parking spot so I had to drop off Michelle and park about 50 yards away. (See ext. photo) Most of their business was take out so we sat down immediatly. As you may have thought, the place is pretty low rent, with starofoam plates, paper towels, mis-matched silverware, that sorta thing. No big deal!

Did I mention this is not in the best part of town?

Anyway, the only thing that matters is the BBQ. And it was really good. You know how some places you'll get BBQ and it tastes kind of processed? It's not really fatty, but it's all one consistent, but tough, texture?

Leo's wasn't like that. The meat was really tender (fall-off bone tender) with just a little bit of fat. It had a nice 'crust' that was chewy and tasty.

Bottom line: it was awesome. Thanks for telling me about it!

    Take care,
    Scott

I don't care what type of place you got, but if I see that many cars around it, you bet your ass it is good. Cars are parked up on some hill! That is crazy!

You can't tell from the photo, but I parked about 50 yards away!
