Thanks for the tip!
Marvel pushed this one pretty hard to retailers, but I'll admit I was uncertain because of the creative team which I am relatively unfamiliar with. So I did not throw in as fully as I could have. But I've just read the preview copy and I was very impressed with the presentation. The plot, the speech, the art, total package it was a good first issue. Part of me wants t o say that this is something on par with Son of M and Silent War in that there will be very real things happening, people will miss the first one and will be shut out of the series. Far too few Marvel fans are reading Silent War due to their inability to get issue #1 that it genuinely makes me sad. So I want to suggest the Sub-mariner #1 to people so that won't happen.
I need to get on advance re-ordering copies of #1 before its too late!
carlgiannini: All I wanted to know is what trades have been released. Now I've committed to spend an extra hundred or two on comics. What happened here?
The Lord Retail: I happened. Lord Retail happened to you. I'm sorry friend, but I simply can't turn it off..
who are these creators? I've never heard of them.
