The smell of White Castle is intoxicating, but I have to agree that In-and-Out makes a great burger.

I make outstanding hamburgers on my grill. Garlic toasted buns, a mustard/mayo spread.. grilled onions. Trust me... they rock.

The Hard Rock makes a mean burger. I dig it muchly, and I'm not a huge burger fan.

When I make hamburgers at home, I chop up fresh jalepeno peppers and mix them in the meat as well as small bits of stewed tomatoes. Very little tomatoes, but just enough to give it a little flavor. The jalepenoes are awesome in there...

Yeah, I know I like hot food..
