Yeah, no way this happens. I would have actually liked this better if they used a more obscure hero, like Black Lightning or someone. I can't see Green Arrow fans getting excited about this(although I'd certainly see it), and I can't see the general public getting excited about a superhero prison movie. Too bad, because Goyer seems at least willing to try something new.

i dunno i really like green arrow and i don't really see him working well in a movie about super heros in jail. Honestly i think an arkham asylum movie starring one of bats old friends turned villian (red hood anyone?) trying to escape from the asylum would be more interesting and ultimatly better written but what the hell do i know

Not to mention taking away his green arrows. Seems like this would work better with a martial arts-type vigalante. The Question, maybe?

Nobody outside of us knows who green arrow is, so I think this is a good idea.

I even like the title, as a super max prison is what they call facilities with the highest level of security.

I'd say he's a solid b-list DC hero. Hell, his actual fanbase is probably comparable to Aquaman or Wonder Woman.

I can't see their being much demand for a superhero prison movie, either.

I like the idea. This could be a really really good movie. For a long time, I've wanted a villainous Oz-style TV show or movie to come out, and since I dream of a Gotham Central show, I'm glad they're doing the movie with non-Batman villains. If this gets off the ground, I will be first in line to buy a ticket.
    This is my signature.
