alex had several of the color covers for sale this past summer with anthony snyder. they only sold at the nycc convention. he also had the typhoid mary cover from daredevil for sale as well, which i still regret not buying.

but you have a chance to buy some of the interior art if you want something rare.

wow, um, hi alex... this uh, might be off topic, but yeah... i'm a really big fan, the run you and Brian did on DD changed the way i thought about stories. i know that sounds like astronomically high praise for guys in the same league as Miller and Claremont, but yeah, it's true. big fan, thanks for the pretty pictures.

It has to be a pretty good feeling that people appreciate your work and are willing to pay for it. You're stuff should be in an art gallery.

Yep, bought a nice Oracle/Barbara Gordon piece that Alex did for No Man's Land. It's a beautiful splash page, and it's funny because I flipped through the comic and it was reduced to a single panel.

i agree with you. some of alex's stuff should be in a gallery. alex by far transcends the comic book artist reputation because he is an artist in the true sense of the word.

some lucky person is going to get that iron man/ captain america double page spread which i think is just beautiful. his panel design and art in confessions had some great stuff in it, so did his last avengers issue.

i hope we see more of his watercolors.
