So I finally got off my big old bootay and got a stupid photobucket acount, and put some of my stupid pictures into said stupid photobucket account. It's stupid, yall! (Some of you may have already seen these. If so and you feel cheated, angry, or mistreated, please direct all complaints to my lawer, Pat Loika.) Also, apologies, some of the pics are gigantic.






















I will gradually upload more as I go along. If you have questions, a lot of these have neato stories! And if i don't have a neato story to add, i'll be sure to make one up for your reading pleasure! What's the story with the boatyard ones and the gaint waterlogged gerbil pellets?

The ones at the boatyard are in Shizuoka, my friend Eri and I went fishing one day on a whim. It was great! We had a shadow fight, i totally kicked her shadow's ass.

The weirdo pellet things are actually uhh... the souls of godzilla's enemies, which he has accumulated over the years as he has had numerous battles over the streets of japan.

Indeed it was! The only reason we were able to get tickets was because of the resourcefulness of our Japanese friend. She had to fiddle around on those stupid machines at the convenience store! NOT very tourist-friendly.
But yeah, I loved seeing all the original painted backgrounds and cool structures.

Oh, do you remember the really cool spinny picture thing? It's an image of that robot, and the birds are flying in circles around it? I stared at that for at least 15 minutes before moving on to the rest of the place

Ha! I do remember! Very hypnotizing. Did you catch the little 15 minute movie they had? (I don't know how often they change it, so it could be completely different from the one I saw).

Awesome thanks so much for sharing...My wife's pictures of her stay in Japan are kind of old these are very nice. I have a question and i hope not to derail your lovely thread but Studio Ghibli's last movie...is it Earthsea?
