    Re: She-Hulk #20 Solicit [SPOILERS]

    A new cover artist.

On the quiet, I think Marvel really does listen to us fans when we have something to say that has a well thought out reason behind it.

We say that the cheesecake covers are costing potential readers, first off Greg Horn doesn't do cheesecake for a few months (when was the last one?), and now we have a new cover artist alltogether. Also, the new cover is definitely playing to the strengths of the book, slightly humerous old school comic fun.

I would have bet Dan would have had enough of the "Thing" jokes by now, but noooooo, he has to one-up himself and throw in a Giant-Size Man-Thing. Why does it say Giant-Size if not for a bit of nudge-nudge, wink-wink, saynomore humour. And best of all, I LOVE IT!

I hope the change is temporary... I like Greg Horn's covers and it's made the book (and character) a lot more palatable for people I know...

Ah that cover brought back good old memories... I used to love looking at ads like that in the back of comics.

Hehe well if Slott ever does a Man Thing title, I wonder if he would have another contest to "Pull his Giant Size Man-Thing"?

The Giant-Size Man-Thing bit is always good for a laugh. Peter David used it a few years back in CAPTAIN MARVEL, when Red Raven wound up naked in a comic shop...and covered himself with a copy of "Giant-Size Man-Thing".

In my case, it would have to be Marvel Digest Man-Thing!
