While I don't mind the fact that Spidey is a good guy, at the moment it frustrates me that Shocker, Hydroman and Boomerang are all "good guys".

The MU is an unrecognisable place, and it makes for good stories, but still, on some level it seems a little too contrived.

I hope Dan addresses the inherent differences between someone like Spidey and guys like the Shocker and Boomerang, who are acting as "heroes" for the time being but are probably still just looking out for themselves. Kind of like he did with the Constrictor. I hope at least one Marvel writer still believes in heroes and villains.

I like that they're recruiting villains to hunt down the rebel heroes... it makes sense in that they're more experienced in fighting them, and they're far less likely to have hang-ups about doing it than, say, She-Hulk would. And it's so morally questionable to let these guys loose under a government payroll that there's absolute tons of conflict potential - all the right ingredients for a great story, and one of the few outcomes of Civil War that I believe achieves that (although I'm ready to be proven wrong).

Here's hoping that what's her name there, the Lizard Girl, decides to turn around and smack the others WITH Spidey. She's from Connor's corner of the world, right? He'd give his right arm for Pete (avoid's tossed fruit)

Hydroman's a hassle, but Shocker and Boomerang won't be able to count to 10 before Spidey owns 'em and Dan know's that better than anyone
