    Mack not at Bristol?

    DAVID MACK
David regrets to announce that due to
work commitments he will be unable to attend this year.
He sends his apologies to his UK fans but hopes to attend future Comic Expo events.
We wish him well and hope to see him soon.

If true, what a shame I was looking forward to meeting the man. But I can hardly hold it against him when time is not a luxury a slow freelance artist can always afford. All the best, David.

Yeah, he said something about this like a week or so ago.

That's a shame because Straczinsky can't make it either. He has a bad ear infection and his doctors have told him he risks serious damage if he flies in the next 10 days.

Just out of curiousity, how many big conventions do they have in the UK per year?
