    Denying of EATING during school?

    Ok, I got a question on legality here. I have a prick asshole biology teacher who's just gone crazy. Yesterday he stopped our first break to mark tests because a few people were talking in class. (Followed by people verbally abusing him). We could not eat for the next 2 hours and for some people that means that 1:00PM(Lunch Break) would have been the first opportunity for them to eat since the day before.

    Is this even legal? To deny us food because a few dicks pissed him off?

    I don't understand. He wouldn't let you go to lunch or he wouldn't let you eat in class? Because you shouldn't be able to eat in class anyway. And that kids haven't eaten since 1 PM the day prior, which I sort of don't beleive, isn't his fault. 1 PM is lunch time anyway, so I just have no idea what the problem really is. Your rant needs some cogency.

    We have two breaks in a day. One at 10:40 and one at 1:00. 10:40 is when most people get something to eat because instead of eating at lunch break they normally have a lunch time club.

    Well, that's their problem not the teacher's. So what if you had to eat lunch at lunch instead of "lunch time club?" So yes, I would imagine it's legal for your teacher to deny you a break in the morning as a punishment.
