I will weigh in tonight. But I was on vacation from work last week and ate like I'd never seen food before, so I'm expecting to be up.

i am up to 258. i really got serious last week when i realized that i need to fit into a wedding dress and i started eating really well and now i am determined to get some exercise so i can be skinny, so next week i will have lost weight.
DONT GIVE UP PEOPLE - WE CAN ALL LOOK LIKE WE WANT TO!!! WE JUST HAVE TO KEEP AT IT AND STAY AWAY FROM THE TEMPTATION.
I lost 15 pounds.
From 285 to 270.
Weighed in at 179. The coming week is a recovery week for me. No lifting, just some yoga and core work. As Kritty said, keep it up everyone one. It's ok, you'll have off the days, the main thing is consistency over the long term.

Didn't get to post last week. I was away in FL last weekend, for a wedding, and many consecutive nights of going out for dinner and drinking alot, so I was worried about my efforts getting derailed. Luckily for me, I realize that almost no food in FL even deserves to share the same stomach as my New York food (and there's plenty of room!) so I ordered small and light. I managed to hit the gym one day while I was there, as well. It was tough though, because I spent the whole weekend with my best friend, who eats more than I ever could and only develops muscle from it (see girls? Guys have this problem, too).
In the aftermath of the wedding I attended I think I did well this week. I get weighed tomorrow, so we'll see.![]()

Ugh, I was doing so good up until this past weekend, when company was over and we had a feast. Thankfully I didn't gain anything, I'm still at 170, so no change, first week for that. Oh well, hopefully this coming week won't be too cold and I get some some nice runs in.

Not as bad as I thought, but not good either. I was down to 196 earlier in the week but I've had too much beer and ice cream this week. Luckily, I'm almost out of both and can probably resist buying more. Plus, I'm back at work this week, which tends to keep my eating more regulated.
I think I might temporarily discontinue my food journalling on lj mostly because it's getting boring and isn't helping anymore. If I really start to slip, I'll start again.
