    here's the deal

    you can't lose real pounds, but you can lose water weight pretty fast.

    eat no carbs, no salt, hardly any sugar, drink lots of water, no soda whatsoever or any carbonated drinks.

    losing water weight is easy, but deceiving. It's certainly nowhere near permanent, but it's something you can do to fit into tux or whatever. And afterwards, start eating healthy and excersize. otherwise you will gain everything back twice as fast and sometimes even more.

    Seriously, exercise is the best way of losing weight. You will also get in a better shape and your body will produce more endorphins, wich will make you feel better. Your blood pressure will lower, your heart will get stronger, etc.

    It's a nice thought, but it would be hard to market my mother along with it. She's the one who cooks it all and kicks his ass every day....Perhaps if I recorded her nagging and put it on a CD...

    dude, be careful
    i went from 180 to 155 my first semester at college and it completely destroyed my metabolism, not it's a battle to stay trim, a battle i'm always seeming to losing ground in

    isnt there some way to re-establish equilibrium to your metabolism?

    not true. i was 160. by christmas i was 114. i only gained 10 pounds back. i am actually started to loose again.
