Its healthy enough. But you should eat it consistently throughout the day. Nothing makes you fatter than being hungry. Your body's metabolism shuts down and you stop oprocessing calories as quickly.
Eat less, but eat all day if you can. Once your stomach is growling the damage is done my friend.

Eat smaller portions of less shit. You're young and a guy, you loose weight faster than anyone else. Go do a little exercise and then amp it up as you feel more energetic.
Actually that might work. Try eating small meals every 3 hours, it's hard but it works. By small meals i mean apples, bananas, sandwiches...Do not stuff your face.
