I like eating tuna fish but I haven't in a while. Is tuna safe? Isn't there mercury or something in a lot of tuna now? I thought I read something like that.
Is one brand "safer" than another?

Large carnivorous fishes do have a higher level of Mercury. You should be okay eating it, though, as long as it's not your dietary mainstay.
