I usually go with a standard table of BMIs, but that's just me. I just passed a milestone going from a 30 to 29 (I'm officially just overweight and not obese ) I'm down to 230 from 300 in August, so any of you guys thinking about giving up, it can be done, you just have to stay positive and eventually you'll start seeing the results (as well as parts of your body you haven't seen in a while. )
