There's still 2 more issues to go, his run supposedly wraps up in March.

Soonest would probably be:

- After his Wonder Woman run is done
- After Cheung's done with Illuminati
- After he's done with Grey's Anatomy for the season.

and that's if:
- He doesn't get some sort of movie deal or pilot deal

I would guess the soonest would be this fall, but maybe not.
