I never heard of this guy. I first discovered Bendis when I decided to check out the Ultimate Spider-Man series. I was curious about the Ultimate line. I always dug alternate takes. Reading Bendis his characters seemed to talk a lot. But it was good conversation. Good reading. And man did he seem to take awhile to get to his point. But it was a good point. Worth the trip. The man tells a damn good story. Been collecting Ultimate Spidey since the beginning. That grew into me getting his other work and I was lucky enough to pick up the first five issues of Powers. Issue #6 was on the stands at the point I got into Powers and I was lucky to read all first six issues in one sitting. I've been collecting good chunk of Bendis' titles since. Love his work.

And I wished that the TT-Comic would be closer to the cartoon. That made me realize how much I miss Peter David on Young Justice or Geoff Johnns or McKeever on Teen Titans. Of course I can always go back and read those titles, but man, I wished DC would get their act together sometimes.

In the German edition of the comic JLA and the new Teen Titans share one issue. So I read the first 11 issues of both titles in very fast sucession. Both have potential, but something just isn't there. The new characters are interesting. Red Robin feels way off for some reason and Wonder Girls whole don't call me Wonder Girl schtick is annoying. I like Kid Flash (though it doesn't compare to the glory days of Impulse and later Kid Flash).

Superboy I always liked and I think it doesn't get better than the first 30 or so TT issues by Johns and his arc on Adventure Comics. Good stuff.

Young Justice the cartoon though, I really like and knowing that it ends after season 2 makes me sad allready.

I have read some incarnation of the Titans for the last 10 - 15 years, which is almost my whole time as comic reader. Started with the Jurgens run, went with Greyson/Farber and Peter David on Young Justice, then Johns, McKeever at all and now this new run.

When I see the brilliance that is Young Avengers over at Marvel the current Teen Titans just pales in comparison.

But I can't remember one time I've received something from UPS prior to the expected delivery date. Sometimes I even see in the tracking that a package will sit in a UPS location for days, almost as if they're purposely attempting to deliver it only on the expected delivery date.
