most of them suck in general for actually working out and crap. i used to drink them more when i bartended (more like beertended) in college to stay awake and have enough focus to break down the bar @ 4+ am

they are crap. about the only thing they are good for is keeping your dentist in business. just lots of sugar and caffeine with some vitamins, etc. added.

I have on occasion in lieu of coffee on the go. I used to drink sugar free Red Bull before band practice fairly regularly.

eh I tried Red Bull way back when it first hit and it sucked.....however did score a can of Whoopass, it sucked but the can kicked ass (still wish I had it)
