No, I haven't heard of a Vegas con for this year.
But you should certainly be able to find Kabuki at the local stores.

I did some signings at bookstores in Vegas some years back, and I know there is a really good one run by Ralph and his wife that carry Kabuki. I think they may have changed the name since last I was there and I'm trying to think of what the new name is.
I'll update when remember. I know I have his card around here.
