Yay, chocolate stops :ecstatic: Dammit, now I want chocolate

Sex tops everything..... except maybe slight cases of violence :shifty:

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I live near Hershey, there's always chocolate here! And I will still eventually send you some.

Oh, there's definitely times where violence tops sex. In fact, I could do with a little violence right now... :shifty:

Do you think I'd be able to get Colin to go to the store and pick up more for me if I ran out? ....me neither.

Yeah, it's just long and tedious and you're not doing much. If they don't do their chores, they don't get to go anywhere. So I do a lot of sitting around, waiting. And yes, there are special times when I tell them not to bug Alysha, because she's going to curl up on the couch and close her eyes.

But...I LIKE him. :?

 "Yes. It's my special time. I'm just going to close my eyes, and make noises with my nose that sound like snoring. And if you bug me, I'll take my special time to another room..... and come back with a pillow and kill you in your sleep :) ".

Proof that he's a ponce :miffed:

Never got around to playing either of the games in those series, but I've heard they were really good. You're enjoying them I take it? :)Typically, I'm not a huge fan of the tactical style Ghost Recon and RB6 seres. Mostly cause I stink at them. But there;s just something fun about this one. The controls are fluid. You're squad is amazingly not stupid. I had a really fun co-op online game yesterday.

As for Wario Ware. Other than in-store demos, I've never played one a ton. It's so much fun. And just really, really bizarre/ Kinda short, though. I beat the main story mode already.

Yeah, thats why I've avoided them too. I can't really play tactical games so I avoided most of the RB6 games. If it's better than the others like you say though, I may have to give it a shot.

Really? Already? Thats either really impressive, or really sucky  Though, I can't say much. I've beaten every Metal Gear and Silent Hill game I've played (except SH3 since I haven't played it and SH4 because it's HARD!!!) on the day I've gotten them............ yes, I am THAT sad :surrend:

Hey, yeah.... I really am sad. I just make sure I have a free day and just play non-stop. I love the stories so much and I'm usually great at puzzles in SH. With MGS I'm lucky because stealth games, I'm typically awesome at because I'm patient as hell  (although I will admit, MGS2 nearly, physically, killed me :surrend: ).

Ah, gotcha. Be a long while before I get to play any games on one of those :(

They're relatively easy, but the stories make up for it. To be honest, thats what gets me involved in games these days. I could care less about gameplay. Its the story that has to grab me.

MGS2 would've been a great game if they cut out the last 45 mins of cut-scenes and never included Raiden..... I HATED Raiden.... fucking nancy-boy ponce

I saw his face and I swear, I screamed "GAY!!!"... which wasn't good, because I was playing that part at 2am and my parents were sleeping at the time :shifty:

I later found out that my friend, who IS gay, did the exact same thing when he played that first

I actually bought Substance and it wouldn't work for some reason, but I played it later on for a few hours in a friends house. It was okay except they could#ve done so much more. They were supposed to give you the option of playing the Raiden level from Snake's perspective, with new cut-scenes and everything, but they dropped that idea during production :(

It could be applied to anything, but I think it works best with heroes or books that haven;t had a book in awhile. That way there's more leeway to redefine them. But the Superman one we did yesterday ended up being on of my faves.
For the people not here yesterday, we were talking about what we would relaunch. People were coming up with titles, one by one, and we each said what we would do with the characters, what the adventure would be, and who the artist would be. It was fun.

Dr.Strange: I really like how BKV has reemphasized his medical roots. I'd make him the House of the Marvel Universe, solving problems and curing things that no one understands. I'd give him aspects of his cocky attitude back, too, ala the old Ditko stories. Perhaps he takes the cursed on as patiants, attempting to "cure" johnny blaze, bruce banner and the like. I'd also have him explore the parts of the Marvel U rarely seen, like how he got his powers in the Himalayas.

Doc Strange: This is a tough one. I'd like some young druggie or something to stumble into his home by accident and interupt one of his spells sending the Doc into a dark dimension.

I would probably use a villians from DeZago's run of Spider-man named Beul the Goblin lord who the Doc had a tough time against and make him the 'lord' of this dimension. The story would be pretty much the Doc trying to get home, think Quantum Leap but with magic.

He was sleeping that day and I wrote a funny lists of things I "did" over spring break. I saw him try to open it and I told him, Nah man you can read it later. They don't take unsolicited pitches, however if you send a letter of intent, and they respond to it, they may ask for the pitch. My buddy and I did that with Moon Knight. the HUston series was already in progress. After that I did Surfer on my own, but as I finished it, I read about JMS's series, and then Annihilation, so I never sent it in. in (very) short: (again, some of this will seem like Annhilation, but i came up with it prior, and personally i think my payoff is cooler).
A rift in space opens flooding a galaxy with dark matter. A planet nearby is destroyed except for a few. One of the few is a woman who's name I can't remember.
Surfer is drawn to the rift and the woman, who is baffled to discover she has some control over the dark matter.
Basically, the rift is another cosmic cocoon (like the type that created Galactus) fro mthe Universe before ours. Emerging from the rift are a group of beings of the same power of Galactus. And they are very very hungry.
Surfer, and a ragtag group are fighting them, and Galactus, who is forced to join thier ranks.
A mystery is solved, linking the Power Cosmic to the Old Universe, and giving Surfer the means to fightback.
In the aftermath, Surfer becomes King of this planet, and imbues the entire race with his Power, creating a new race of Surfers.

Ok, SS Post Annhilation.

I don't know a whole lot about surfer so this might not bode well.

We pick up right after the end off Annihilation. The wave is stopped and there is terrible destruction in the universe. However, where destruction is, we also see creation. So the surfer is at first going around helping out this decimated civilizations, helping fight off stragglers of the Wave. But at the same time, he is noticing the creation of new planets and civilizations. I could see this book as a relaunch for cosmic Marvel, letting new things flourish and having this book sort of catalogue them. Maybe have him eventually team back up and be the Herald and convince Galactus to take the energy from these dying worlds post the Wave, while letting new races take over. Maybe have some of them be hostile with supreme warriors ready to fight him, and maybe have his scientists side show through by noticing all the little things we never get to see.

Not sure that'd be a best seller but it's the best i can think of. Maybe have whoever is drawing Annihilation do the pencils for this book.

OK, in Beyond! Micheal Collins was stranded on Warworld, and has returned to Earth temporarily without his cybernetics. The Strangers power wares off though, and they return.
During the time he was gone the research into Deathlok technology has been continued, and progressed consideraby.
A SHEILD subcontracter is working on this, hoping to sell it to the 50 State Iniative, as a way of revolutionizing the Super Soldier. the first test subject :Luthor Manning (he was the "original" Deathlok,in Captain Ameirca, he was a cyber zombie super soldier in a dystopian future. This is Manning's 616 debut).
Collins is enraged to see his tech being used again (he's a pacisfist) to further a political idea he hates (registration). He goes to war with the new Deathlok program, and finds out the Government is using it all types of tech (like Armor Wars). DL goes to war with Mandroids, Sentinals, War Machine, etc.

I'd have him trying to track down the people that turned him into Dethlock. He'd mainly be Michael in the Day time or when he was gathering information. All his leads are cold. The factory he was made in gone. Post Civil War the government has no record of him. he is officially off the grid. But then, he gets a photo from some anonymous source that shows hundreds of "dethlocks" In some place. he realizes he wasn't the ONLY cyborg the government produced. The thing is, he doesn't know which government produced them. I'd love to see him track down these other cyborgs, go all over the planet. Maybe have some Avengers guest star. Basically he's trying to find answers for why they did this to him and why they did it to other people.

Maybe have Maleev draw it for the dark tone.

War Machine

I think I'd make this a mix between Thunderbolts and Antman.

Some lower tier villian find the armour and uses it to become a 'big player' however he find himself helping people and discovers...he kind of likes it. However his friends in the underworld aren't too happy about his career choice and he's being hunted by S.H.I.E.L.D and Iron Man because he stole from them.

I think I'd use War Machine as an antagonist in Deathlok. He's the opposite number of him. In Deathlok we have a loyal scientist who got screwed over my his corporation and got turned into a cybenetic montrosity bevcause of it. He's a pacifist living inside a weapon. In War Machine, you have James Rhodes, a guy too eager to put on any weapon anyone gives him and be a hired gun for anyone. Meanwhile at the end of the day, Rhodes takes his armor off and enjoys all the perks of working for Tony Stark and SHEILD, while Collins is trapped in his personal hell.

Magnum V.I.

Lets see. Jim Rhodes is a Registered Super-Hero. So when people see the War Machine Armor they only assume it's Jim. He's too busy with ONE to really notice a War MAchine flying around and thinks nothing of it. This New War Machine is going around, helping the Cops and Super Heroes take down bad Guys. However, eventually someone notices Rhodes isn't wearing the armor. We don't find out who is in the suit right away, but we eventually have a big reveal and its.....FIRESTAR! She retired in Frontlines but like all heroes she has that itch. She boosted the Armor from a "friend" who remains a background character. The Series would really focus on her in the armor, no one knows it's her and the suit has a few new tricks. Maybe she moves into Canada or South America and operates from there for a while catching new Super villians.

Terror Inc-

If the Marvel Universe had given birth to John Constantine, Terror Inc. would have been his introduction into magic.

However, this is a Marvel U property, and thus, it cannot have John Constantine.

Terror Inc. are low tier dregs of society that go around making sure legends and boogeymen stay in the conversation. They'll perpetrate anything for a pice. Need a community haunting? Call Terror Inc.

That's how it starts. Then it becomes a foray into real magic. Something happens and the five or six from Terror Inc learn that what they're dealing with goes beyond spooks to make the children sleep at night.

And I love what Azz is doing in Hellblazer here. Especially in Freezes Over where the magic of Constantine is his words, not some hocus pocus spell. All he uses is language, and that’s a powerful statement.
