actually its snowing pretty nicely in seattle now, it looks pretty, but i fear for my commute home.

I never thought I'd get over the half-regret of not moving to Seattle. But this pretty much takes care of it for me.

1.5 hours driving
.5 hours walking

now im home. my car is about 2 miles away. hopefully i can move it tomorrow.

I'd take the snow over the tornados anyday.

Besides, it's not like it's bad. Any weather problem and all we do is hang out and drink and play games.

Yeah, and you don't mean the overly sugary rum drink either I suspect. Plus the heat and humidity...ugh. I loved the time I spent in New Orleans, hell I loved the few days in Atlanta for that E3, but that whole step out side for a few minutes and need a change of clothes due to sweat...that's not for me.

The first two winters up here the office was closed one day each year. This winter, today makes 4 I believe.

Our high was barely in the fifties this past week and we had about an hour of drizzle in a few areas. I still hate Phoenix though. If I could have found a job starting at the same rate of pay in Portland I would have moved there last year.

I like Portland. Once I figured out that the key to Portland is not driving, it became a great town.
