Wtf?I am kinda confused about it myself at this point. Unless they opened one in the last couple of weeks, there is no Carl's Jr. at the Palms though there is a McDonalds. My wife thought that they had put this as an item on the menu at the N9NE. But now I see that there is also a version of this commercial with the Hardee's name on it. I guess it is just the Maloofs being the Maloofs. And as for Carl's Jr., it isn't all that much more off-beat than the Paris Hilton commercial.
