How can you project with 0% reporting?

It looks like it was "Yes" across most demographics. Of course, who knows how the actual vote went. We'll see soon.

I'm following the races on Yahoo. If the Tennessee, NJ, and Virginia results hold, it's over for the Dems. I won't hold my breath, though.

I just saw a news projection that Menendez is the winner. And yeah, Virginia is a dead heat last I saw.
