I know Wonder Man is kinda geeky looking, but I can't wait until my LCS gets the bust in (Canada... a bit behind and stuff). I kind of see him beside Tigra... reminding me of the good ol' West Coast Avengers days. Elektra is very nice as well. Turned out better than I originally thought it was going to!

I am digging these both...the Wonderman one is a little goofy looking, but is cool none the less...

I think the geeky look is more a result of his original design though. Bowen does very accurate sculptings of the characters, for good or bad.

No, I totally get that and that's more along the lines of what I meant. At that period in the character's development he always seemed to have a big goofy geeky smile going on. I think it's an incredibly accurate portrayl! One of the reasons I can't wait to get my hands on it (and now we've learned the original green and red costume!)

I picked up my Elektra and Wonder Man and both came out looking REALLY good.

The biggest reason I'm a huge fan of Bowen Designs is that the ACTUAL piece looks as good if not better than the picture. I can't say the same for the other guys.

Great to hear. I wanted to get to my LCS today to see if they had them in, but my car's broken and it's across town, so I've got to wait until next week...

I agree. I remember kind of wanting the Snowbird mini-bust, but wasn't TOO excited about it. The character was my favorite character from the original Alpha Flight run though, so I was going to pick it up. When I saw the actual bust, I was amazed. It was so much better than any of the pictures I had seen.

AWESOME!! I bought mine on ebay months ago but to this day I haven't receive it. They say they will ship it when they receive it from the manufacturer. So then they are supposed to be released November 18th?

Also could you show any work in progress for the original costume bust? Any chances of the Byrne black tanktop short hair version being released as well?

Please could you post previews of the original costume mini-bust when they are available? My vote also for a Jocasta and Ms. Marvel mini busts.

That's not a leisure suit. :roll:At this point, all may be forced to concede that it is a leisure suit.
