Has Millar (or anyone else) ever explained why there has been no Ultiamte Red Skull (yet)?

It just seems like an odd omission to me. He's such an integral part of the Captain America story. Cap with no Red Skull seems kinda like Spider-Man with no Green Goblin.

Has this ever come up in an interview???

On a lighter note...

I was wondering: How does Red Skull pronounce labial consonants? He has no lips! He shouldn't be able to say, "You have foiled me for the last time, Captain America." It would come out more like, "You ha 'oiled eeyore the last tine, Ca'tain A'erica."

I thought he was the lead Alien Skrull who the Hulk ate.

Although I would not mind seeing an ultimate red skull. It is kind of liberating for Cap to not have him imo. We got plenty of that story line between the two, I dont mind something fresh and different as long as Cap keeps on kicking some ass.

That was Herr Kleiser, Skull's name was Schmidt or something.

The lightsaber dude was Red Skull. He had a red hat and everything.

I think it's mostly because of the lack of solo Captain America stories.

I'm hoping Marvel's saving him for a 6-13 issue Ultimate Captain America mini-series.
