MACK!

If you haven't seen this site made and run by David Thornton, please go to it.
He updates the news with a daily news item for every weekday at 9:15 Eastern time.

You can read the archives of all the news.

The site is the most extensive site of my work that I have ever seen.
Info on each and every book I've done, and preview pages of each and every Kabuki issue, and much, much, MUCH more.

Any one new to Kabuki or any of my work, can go here for a very informative overview.

Also included archives of interviews and news articles.

Thanks for the kind words, Mike, and thank you for the plug, Mr. Mack. I'm just trying to build a website that I would like to visit :D

It's about bloody time someone did that!

Seriously, I wasn't around at the dawn of time, but I've had the net for a while, and I remember when I used to actually surf for websites!

Now it's all adverts, bandwidth limits and message boards.

Bravo to you for taking the initiative!
I'm trying to do the same with my website, but I'm being held back by not having any material. :P

I've been online since 1995 (Wow! It's my 10th anniversary! :P), so I remember the days of nothing but websites and email.

To confess, every day I'm always a little worried that I won't find some David Mack-related information for a worthwhile news update. However, 99 times out of a 100, I usually run across some cool piece of info that I believe will interest other DM fans. Guess I better go knock on some wood now for good luck :)

Best,

Oh, man! Were those the days?
You could set up a website with a free host, and not even know what a banner popup or bandwidth was!

You're amazing.
I worry FOR you! I'm thining, "This guy updates every day! HOW CAN HE POSSIBLY KEEP THIS UP?!?"

It's a cliffhanger every day.
David Mack should do a comic book about you!

who cares?

Yeah, those were the days. Most of the sites I visited were either on their own server or on a college-based server, so annoying advertisments were never present.

You're amazing.

A good night's sleep, lots of good music and a never-ending fascination with the story of Kabuki :)

It's a cliffhanger every day.

LOL! Really, though, who wants to see 22 pages of me sitting in a chair, clicking a mouse and typing on a keyboard? I can't think of a single soul :)

David Thornton, you really amaze me. I was looking at my referrers today and saw that I had hits from your site, and I was thinking, 'Why are there hits from the archives?' Lo and behold, my site was featured in your daily news for having a Kabuki layout - and it was posted on THE DAY that I changed my layout.

You're fast!

You're too kind :D

I download and analyze my site's logs every four to five days, so when I noticed that you were forwarding visitors to my site, I tried to return the favor :)

Please let me know if you add any more stunning Kabuki blog themes.

Best,
