Well the original Phantom Lady was the original Starman's cousin right? but how does it figure in the new Phantom lady and her fathers political connections?

I find myself less interested in the fetid gene pool of the new Phantom Lady than any cousins Kate might have. Her father had a younger brother stolen at birth. What was his fate? Any cousins there? And it's highly unlikely Kate is an only child. She's likely to have half-brothers and half-sisters out there considering the type of man her father was. That's what I'd like to see because I don't see this new Phantom Lady having a brighter future than the one impaled in Infinite Crisis.
