:D much joy! I wish she would get a monthly title but I'm glad to see we will get something new soon. (the mini is about the new Terra but that is incidental. Doesn't matter what the story is, I'll get it for the art!)

I love Amanda, but I really don't see any point in this mini needing to see print.

So... am I the only one that doesn't think her art is golden? I mean, it's nice as far as eye-candy goes... but it's nothing exceptional.

That is really beautiful and nicely colored.

I love Amanda Conner's work and look forward to picking this up. Thanks for posting that, Thud.

Nothing against Amanda Conner, I enjoy her stuff. But in THIS piece, 90% of the credit should go to the colorist, it's the colors that makes this piece.

I really like Connor's art. Her run on "Birds of Prey" is one of my favorite, ever. But her women do all look alike. Not that that's bad. Just her style, I guess...

They do but in the same way as Hughes, Cho's and Dodsons all pretty much look alike. The cheesecake artists tend to draw the same way all the time.

I was just thinking that but I notice it more with the Dodson's than Cho.

I love her work, but I don't care about this project.

I wish we could see her on She-Hulk every once and a while.

She-Hulk would be a perfect book for her. But other than that couple of pages in She-Hulk #3 has she done any work for Marvel in the last few years? She seems to be mostly a DC creator now.

Is Jimmy Palmiotti DC exclusive or something, is that what it is? Anyone know?

She did a few covers for Marvel Adventures Spider-Man within the last year, too, but I'm probably the only one here who noticed that... :surrend:

I just don't know why they haven't made her the official monthly artist on Supergirl. She would own on that book.

Check this out, Amanda Conor fans:

When asked, Dini said that he would love to write a full length Batman mystery graphic novel.
The writer added that one of the reasons why he's introducing some characters and concepts is for putting them in place so that, if he can schedule the time to work on a Batman graphic novel, he'll do it. Currently, Dini said that he's in the middle of his previously announced Zatanna/Black Canary graphic novel with art by Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti.

Love Connor's art, but I've got no idea who Terra even is. Maybe i'll pick up the first issue, though, I have been picking up more and more DC books lately.

Oh wow, I saw the Amanda art and terra in the last page and thought they were just kicking the series off with a supergirl appearance.

Fantastic news, the more of her art the better!

Indeed, I will buy ANYTHING Conner draws. And she only gets better with each project she does.

No...I'm not that crazy about it either. And hey...does the new Terra got some camel toe going on there?

I highly recommend this issue of Supergirl. Great art, and a fun stand-alone issue for the character.

She did the cover for my best friend's comic (along with Jimmy Palmiotti and Paul Mounts), they were all super friendly and the result was awesome.
