Sympathy for Mr. Vengence was freakin' awxome.
I know it's probably the "easy answer," by Kill Bill was great, too.
Oh, Hang 'em High, an old Clint Eastwood cowboy flick, was tits.
Wrath of Khan.
Shit yes!

The Usual Suspects and Kill Bill. Obvious answers sure, but they're classic for a reason.

Serious films - The Crow, Bullet in the Head or Full Contact
Action films but with some comedy - Insert pretty much any Jackie Chan movie in here.

Revenge of the Vengeance II: Revengeances.
Some of these stretch a little, but still are revenge films in my opinion.
Too many martial arts films to name, so I'll just say "most of them."
Road Warrior
Memento
Man on Fire
Office Space
Four Brothers (better than I thought it'd be)
Jaws (?)
Deliverance
Hostel
Payback (?)
Munich

Did this come to the US yet?
Anyway, the whole vengence triology is good, but I actually think Oldboy is my favorite.

The Bourne Identity/Supremacy
hmm... Lemme think on it a little. I know there's a HUGE number of them I've forgotten.

I really like the weird sub-genre that mixes elements of revenge stories with romantic-comedies.
My Best Friend's Wedding
Addicted to Love
Both involved jilted protagonists who were out to ruin the current relationships of their estranged loves.

I thought for sure that I'd have a good Chinese movie to name (I own about forty), but I don't think I really have any that are really "revenge" movies. I mostly own a lot of wuxia with some supernatural stuff like CHinese Ghost Story and Mr. Vampire thrown in for good measure. I guess Tsui Hark's "The Blade" is a revenge story, but it's not my favorite revenge movie by a long shot. Maybe Crippled Avengers. I don't know. I can't really think of any that stand out as being nearly as good as Revenge of the Sith or The Empire Strikes Back.

I can't even think of one.
What's the one where Julia Roberts is a battered wife who thinks she got away from her psycho husband, but then he tracks her down? That one was alright.

The odd part is:
the fact that the ninja has a prosthetic gummi arm...I mean...what the fuck is that (other than a potential delicious Mayhem dispenser)?

Bruce Lee made Fist of Fury, which was released Stateside with the title 'Chinese Connection'. Your confusion could stem from the fact that Bruce Lee's first movie, The Big Boss, was released here in the United States with the title 'Fists of Fury'.
Jet Li made a remake of Bruce Lee's Fist of Fury called Fist of Legend, which, yes, is a freakin' awesome flick. I love it. More than the original Bruce Lee flick, even. The original has much more of a vengeance/revenge thing going, though.

Commando is more of a rescue mission sort of thing.
But, damn, do I love that movie.

I liked everything about Oldboy except the ending. Not the twist part, just the resolution.
HE NEVER GOT HIS REVENGE! Call me old fashioned, but the good guy should always kill the bad guy at the end. It's just good manners.

High Plains Drifter he got revenge on everyone in that movie in a unique way. And it was one of the few movies that in the first five minutes of the movie he robbed murdered and raped and then was made sheriff of the town.
