That sounds pretty good.
I usually just throw it on white bread with a little mayo. I'll have to try your recipe though.
Now Sea Salt seems all the rage, what's the difference?

It comes like peppercorn and you grind it onto the food. Has a "saltier" taste and a different consistancy. But it's not a major deal.

Me an Macha's went to IHOP last night and got the special. Nice breakfast late night food.
I've been all about burgers with just lettuce an tomato on recently. I didn't think it could be so good. MAN was I wrong.

The best kind of sandwich in the world.
Especially if the yoke is runny.

Now Sea Salt seems all the rage, what's the difference? My brother sells this Welsh smoked sea salt. It's so good. A few flakes of it and you're all set.

Mmmmmm. I'm making a fried egg sammich right now. Not quite as superb as your recipe Kirby, but I do my best.

I do something similar, minus the tomato and plus some cooked pancetta or bacon. It's delicious.

You have to move, now. No one is allowed in New Jersey unless they can eat either a Taylor Ham, Egg and Cheese sandwich or good ol' Italian Peppers n' Eggs on a hero roll.

I'll have myself a grilled cheese and spagetti-o's lunch every once in a while. Add in a big glass of apple juice and a comic book or two, and it's like I'm 7 years old again

We call it steak sauce.
And a brown sauce is something completely different. It's basically a heavily reduced meat stock. Takes all fucking day to make.
