I got a $25 gift certificate at work today for exceeding sales, which was a nice little bonus. I get to choose where I spend it, but only at one place. Either a bunch of restaraunts, Blockbuster, Sam Goody (lot of good that does me), JC Penny, Sears, Kohl's, or Foot Locker. I was going to buy shoes anyway, so I figure I'll just put that towards it, but since I have to order the gift card online for only one of those places I going to shirk responsibility onto the board. So what say you?

Target has some really good steel toe boots. Believe it or not. They are Mack Truck boots. And these fuckers are better and tougher than Redwings, which in my opinion, are EXTREMELY over rated. If you need some good work boots, try those out. They are tough, comfortable, and INEXPENSIVE!

I would go for Pennies or Sears for work shoes.
Target would be good too. You can get groceries or something there too if you need.

Target isn't one of the places on the list, but I'll stop by Target and if they're cheap there, i'll just use my gift certificate for dvds or something fun

I would go with Kohls then. I have good lick finding clothes there over any other store. Most stores don't have too many prefessional work clothes for taller guys. I have gotten 2 years worth of outfits from there now. I also found a cool Flash t-shirt there!

cool. I wonder if there are Kohls down here in Florida. I got some really cool NeoBalance up at the one in Indy. Kohls is very underrated.

Yeah, they are all over the place here in TX. They kinda popped up all over the place about 6 years ago. They are taking over the mall dept stores like JC Penny and such. They are usually in the same strip as B&N, Old Navy, and Petco. Just look for one of those stores and you shoudl spot one! :)

Sears are going the way of KMarts here. The only reason to go there is to get some Craftsman tools or some appliances.

Look in all the stores and find a pair you like.
That's how I do it. No need to limit your options.
