Are they both Adi Granov?

Are they both Adi Granov?I have always been really weak on knowing creators, I am not sure about the Iron Man.

I have another pic for you JR, BTW. I'll probably post it TIP side on Tuesday or Wednesday.

The Iron Man is most definitely Granov. I wasn't certain about the Surfer, though.

There's an exhibition?!?! Where?!?!?Los Angeles, Musuem of Science & Industry at Exposition Park; this exhibit closes on Labor Day 9/4 but is supposed to travel. Here is a link to another thread Taxman made:
