In Civil War #1, in the Baxter Building Scene, Page 3, the panel that introduces Spider-Man to the gathering...
there is a guy standing next to Valkyrie! Who is this???

I took a deeper look at the same gathering scene in Wolverine #042. There is Vision, who doesn´t show up in CIVIL WAR #1, so does Wiccan.
I would guess it is an ill-colored Vision! ;)
