So does this mean Kate is going to represent Diana in the trial of Wonder Woman?

I know that issue #26 is still a couple of months off. Is that because Heinberg needs to finish the current WW storyline?

I assumed this had something to do with Max Lord. Especially since Kate just got Dr. Psycho acquited for murder before he, uh, went psycho. Diana must appreciate a good lawyer?

Is the "trial of Wonder Woman" something Alan is doing? I hope Manhunter doesn't get pushed back if he takes too long doing that... :-?

also, Diana is wearing her WW uniform...which kind of spoils who will be WW in Alan's book. Anyway, I'd really love it if Kate became the go-to lawyer of the Superhero community. She's already a "celebrity" so it's not like anyone will put two and two together and peg her as Manhunter. Can you imagine how awesome the Batman: DUI Special would be??!

In WW issue 2 they mentioned that the world court decided not to press charges against her.

Yeah, I noticed this, too.

Civil case? Ma and Pa Lord want to sue the star-spangled panties off WW?

Wonder Woman is already in the JLA. Diana as Wonder Woman is the eventuality. The only question in Heinberg's Wonder Woman is when.

I think we're past the need for spoilers alerts - yes?

Wonder Woman #2 came out after Manhunter so I didn't know this as the reader when I first posted.

I think there are still possibilities for a trial. She did address herself as Diana in Manhunter. Maybe the delay in Manhunter is for a plotline not yet revealed in WW.

I have to admit its one hell of a cliff hanger.

We were just talking in the store yesterday about Superman, Batman and the JLA being the perennial guest star(s) to get attention to a book. It's cool to see WW as one of DCs Trinity getting play as a sales jumper.

Maybe this is the lead in to the rumor I heard about Manhunter being involved in a larger DC plot.

They're a sales jumper if they're on the cover. They're a cool secret that doesn't help sales if it's a last page appearance that isn't advertised at all. And DC's Trinity? Just saying WW is as important as the other two doesn't make it so. Sales and importance to the readers is what counts and WW has been an also ran since she was running around with I Ching.
