actually, i had to cut back. apparently alcohol and a steady diet of caffeine and spicy food are not good for ulcers. so i cut my caffeine consumption back and don't eat as much spicy food as i used to. Yeah I've been all effed up for the last three months.

Medicated for 'panic attacks' *Which was actually caused by only sleeping 4 hours a night for 2 months straight* (Don't try that at home kids...at least not when you're over 30 )

Then the pain in my chest/shoulder area turned out to be a very stretched muscle/tendon/ligament situation which the doctor couldn't actually do anything about. See if it was broke or something like a torn rotator cuff they could fix it, but seeing as how it was just ganked out of shape, I had to wait until it decided it was done being funked up.

So three months of no exercise makes me a pudgy bitch :D

I started light exercise this week, but I knew I was going to drink my weight, and then some in booze this weekend so I figured I might as well wait until next monday to get super serious about it.

So that guy that looks like a fat version of me, isn't my brother :lol:
