So this weekend I get my white ass out to the beach. Im lucky I didnt burst into flames, but I got burned pretty nice. Not sure if this pic does justice or not! Only my face and the sides of my torso are not burned. My back, arms, legs are pretty much crusy.
i wore a hat, so I saved my face, but not even sunblock (applied several times) could not save my white ass!
Back to wearing shirts at the beach I guess:)

Not bad, and im sure its going to hurt for the next couple of days. Try this one, New Years 2006. Couldnt walk for about 2 weeks.

Seriously, I suggest white vinegar and aloe. GENTLY rub the vinegar on the burn with a soft cotton ball or cloth, then add the aloe after. The vinegar gets the sting out of a burn and the aloe will soothe the skin. Repeat every half hour - hour.

Being full-blooded Scotish I know your pain. I thought about going out in the sun this weekend, and just that act of thinking made my flesh hurt.
I also feel your gut. This sitting on your ass 12hrs a day is fun and all, but I've gained 15lbs in 5 weeks. I hit Craig's list alst night and I'm off to get a new used mountain bike today.
