My fucking fingers are bleeding. I've been playing Samhain's DESCENT, and BLOODFEAST for four hours now - getting the timing perfect sitting down, standing up, with my eyes closed.

Learning the basslines for a Misfits/Samhain/Danzig tribute band (http://www.606studios.com/bendisboard/showthread.php?t=78063&highlight=misfits+tribute). I've got 8 of the 17 or so songs we're playing learned. Usually two new ones a day.

Yeah, tons of fun. It's really making me want to play in a band again. I keep thinking about what would have happened if Danzig kept doing straight Samhain and then heard the early black metal stuff. Mixed with a little early Christian Death.
