I had issues with it. (so did the 7 people I saw it with.)
The first 30 minutes or so were fucking amazing.
for the rest of the time
which would be 2 hours or so, we all got bored watching giant rocks grow out of the sea repeatedly.
James Marsden looked hot, and I realised it was the first time I really saw him w/o his 'cyclops visor'.
Parker Posey was fine
but I felt
that we already had the 'real estate' plot in the first film, so I don't understand why Luthor would do the same exact fucking thing he did in the first one--want to destroy the country in the name of 'real estate'. Ridiculous.
I won't even get into how I felt about SuperBastard.
and the whole 'reapeating the dialoge we heard at the beginning of the film because now it has more relevance' shit just grated hard.
The film was long and slow, and very short on action after the big opener.
