Hello! I enjoy your art very much. I'd loving Civil War. It would be great to see you back on New Avengers.

I wanted to ask about the Civil War Files cover.

There is an ongoing argument about the "furry guy". Some people seem to insist it's Sasquatch. I'm convinced it's Werewolf by Night. (Him staring straight at Moon Knight was the telling clue to me)

Could you please settle this once and for all? I'd appreciate very much. Thanks. :)

Greetings foolish mortal.....man that's fun to type! That character in question was actually supposed to be the sasquatch, but ended up looking like a f*ckin' wookie. Story goes like this: Marvel needed the promo piece done asap. I had a day before I was off to a con in Texas so I sat down and started pencilling 6 am. Fast forward to 5am and I have an hour before I need to be on the way to the airport for my flight and I have one more character to draw. Guess who it is? I was going to go back and fix it up but never found the time. I thought it was only going to be used inside the lettering on the poster and not as a complete image . Sorry to make ya lose the bet. If it makes you feel better, in this postmodern age the artist is not the sole authority on his/her artwork so you can always say that it is meant to be werewolf by night. Ahh, the wonders of art criticism.
