I wrote a short, 5 page backup story for an Image book a couple months back. Anyway, I just heard back that it's about to be drawn, lettered, etc to appear in September. As soon as I can announce the title, I will here (sorry to be a tease about that). It was just a fun little thing I did. Anyway, just wanted to share. :)

Ha ha! :)
Thanks guys. I want to be cool with the creator, so I'll let you all know more when I can.

Awesome news, Shannon. Are you allowed to say who's drawing it?

Ok, I just got the ok to announce the full details.
I will have a backup story in September in Ant #9. Art will be by Tim Fischer.

I realize some of you aren't fans of this title (as was evident in a thread on the Bendis Board earlier this year), but writing the short was a good experience for me, and I appreciate the opportunity to do it. That said, I appreciate you guys' support and hope you pick up the issue later this year. :)
