Everybody check it out! It's about a koala bear who has human hands. Expect a page every day-ish hopefully!
http://peoplehands.livejournal.com
It's just a joke side project, but it'd be cool if people read it--so give it a try! Stick with it over the next couple of weeks! It's fun!
Plus, it's free! Unlike Insult to Injury #3 which is still available for $4 including shipping!

well, it's just a joke side project thing to keep me busy until my big summer comic project.
i saw "koala bear autobiography" on a scrap of paper full of story ideas i had, and i forgot what that was all about, so i brought it up in the christmas comics thread, and after bouncing some ideas off fleecs, i drew a koala bear guy, then realized i didn't give him paws, and the rest was history...

I like the irony of the monkey asking why he has people hands when the monkey has people hands as well all be it probably robin willaims people hands but people hands non the less. Also he hides them in his pockets which is probably some deep political statment.
this also reminds me of the devil hands.

People hands support me when I do push-ups.
Why the hell would you do push-ups on purpose?
That's a cool logo Ben. And a pretty cool concept.
You plan to experiment at all with the panels and things? Often, when a concept is kinda weird or out there, it can get hard to make yourself do weird transitions and things but I think this could be a good place to experiment.

Very cool! I like that you're keeping yourself busy creating new stuff. I should be doing that too.
Is this a planned out story or are you just doing as a stream of conciousness type thing? I've thought of doing something with no real plot are point, something just as a vehicle to produce pages and see where it takes me.
